Are you feeling low, anxious or struggling with stress?
We are running a workshop to help you manage self-doubt and feel supported. The evening will be relaxed and friendly, a safe and warm space. We will share techniques from reflexology and yoga to help you restore a sense of wellbeing and balance.
Julia Birch is a certified Yoga Alliance (RYS 200) practitioner based in Levenshulme. She teaches a dynamic flow class, and uses her personal experience of anxiety to create sequences which connect mind with body and cultivate a feeling of wellness.
Hannah Tappenden is a reflexologist who lives in Levenshulme. She works in the city centre with clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress and depression. She found that reflexology was a gentle, natural remedy for her anxiety. She will share key reflexes that you can work yourself anytime you feel anxious.
There will be healthy snacks, herbal teas and the space will be scented with calming essential oils.
Tickets are £12.
Yoga matts provided, wear comfy clothes and a few warm layers.
