Coaching

time & space for you

To explore what you want (not what everyone else is telling you to do).

What if you could stop looking outside yourself?

What if you already have the answers within?

What is coaching?

Coaching is time focused on you. Time where you get to untangle all the things that are going on for you right now. To think about what is serving you and what isn’t. Finding ways to listen to yourself a little more and everyone else a little less. Turning down the outside noise and tuning into what really matters for you, right now.

When I built the practice, I imagined I would be working with mothers. In reality I work with a wide range of humans. I also thought I would be coaching around confidence and finding yourself in a new role (specifically mothering) and that is a big part of my practice. But, I also support folks through professional development, grief, relationship issues, fertility journeys and all sorts of other things.

For some people, we have a long term regular relationship and we have coaching sessions every few weeks. Other people will drop in every once in a while or book in for a single session to talk about something specific.

I’ve been supporting people to listen to themselves and put themselves first for around six years now. I’ve done lots of training along the way and continue to do so. So we can build something bespoke, using lots of different tools, techniques and practices, that will work for you, your circumstances and your budget.

The last few years have been especially challenging and it’s important that you give yourself some time to figure out how you are feeling, and what steps you might like to take to feel a little more comfortable and spacious in your life. Coaching is a good way to do this.

What will a Coaching session feel like?

Coaching sessions are usually over Zoom. I’d love to see you face to face and if you are based in the North West (UK) we can arrange this.

It will be a warm and relaxed session where I’ll support you to reflect on how you are feeling and what is and is not working for you at the moment. You’ll be invited to reflect on how you are doing through a series of questions.

We’ll use a mix of evidenced based and more holistic approaches.

Often you’ll be invited to reflect on your nervous system, how calm and centered you are feeling in that moment. Usually when people choose to work with me they are feeling scattered or busy questioning themselves over the decisions they are (or are not) taking.

We will talk through some tools and approaches in the session to support you to feel really grounded in that moment.

We’ll talk for around an hour.

If I feel it will be helpful, I’ll follow up over email with some resources that might be useful for you.

  • I found the ritual incredibly cathartic and loved working with you - you are hugely insightful and at the same time warm and reassuring.

    Maddy

  • Seeing Hannah has been amazing for my personal well-being and quality of life. She is a truly lovely individual who listens and cares about whatever I wish to discuss when I see her.

How do I book and how much does it cost?

You can book online. My calendar is available here, please choose a time that works for you. I usually work during the day. I will offer some evening sessions if for whatever reason a daytime appointment isn’t practical. If you drop me an email we can find a time for you.

Each session costs £85.

I know the cost of living is difficult at the moment. So if you would like to work together but don’t have the resources to do so. I offer two sessions each month at a reduced rate for anyone that needs them. Drop me an email if you would like to exploring working together using this option.

How will you know if I’m the right person to support you?

Finding the right coach or therapist for you is really important. Most people will offer a free chat, including me. You can book this here. Please do take the opportunity to get to know people, to understand how they work and, just as importantly, how you feel when you are with them.

I’d love to speak with you. There is no pressure at all to work together.

Over time, I’m learning that everyone wants to be supported in a completely unique way. What might be perfect for someone doesn’t work at all for others. The best way we can figure out if I can help you, is to have a short conversation. This can be over the phone or via Zoom.

Book a chat

The easiest way to figure out if this is going to be helpful for you is to have a quick chat. We can do this over the phone or via zoom. Opposite is a link to my diary.

This is a free, we’ll chat for around 10 - 25 mins after our conversation I’ll follow up with an email containing further information about working together.

You won’t be asked to make a decision in the moment. It’s best to sit with it for a little while, to make sure it feels right.
