I’m Hannah…

a postpartum guide and health coach.

I specialise in providing postpartum care and support to new mothers just like you. 


I’ve been working in women’s health and wellbeing for just over four years now and have supported hundreds of women during pregnancy and their postnatal recovery during that time.

What is it?

 

This is a three month process.

Together we will explore your transition to motherhood and identify exactly what support and care you need to feel really well.

 

Here is what is included

Five 60-minute calls 

Once every three weeks, we will connect for a call to explore your wellbeing and your recovery. We will uncover your hopes and dreams for this stage of life and identify anything that is no longer serving you. I’ll walk you through tools and techniques designed to support you. I will give you the space to figure out what is really important to you and what will make you feel most aligned.  

Weekly Voxer coaching 

To ensure the tools, techniques and healing practices are delivering a huge shift in your energy and mindset, we will catch up in between our calls via Voxer. Each week, I’ll be able to celebrate your wins, provide support with any issues that come up and give you the encouragement you need to make positive changes for your health and wellbeing. 

Plus email guidance and support whenever you need it 

If you prefer to write things down, I’m always just an email away wherever you need guidance, accountability, encouragement or a little pep talk.

And a password protected client page

This is where we will save recordings of all our sessions and action steps we decide on together in each call.
